Capoeira Class Schedule:

Capoeira Classes are offered for children, families and adults.
Sundays:  
10:30 - 12:00 pm: Children 3-10 years old, with or without their parents/guardians 
​12:00 - 2:00 pm Young Adults/Adults
Location: Project Commotion, 2095 Harrison Street, San Francisco

Mondays and Fridays:
*4:00 - 5:00 pm, Children ages 3-7
*5:00 - 6:00 pm, Children  from 7-10
*5:30 - 7:00 pm, Young adults and adults (Combined for one-half hour for music purposes)
